As a part of the Thomasville Church of God staff, I help in the ministries of the Food Closet, Music, and Sound. In each of these ministries, we strive to put our best foot forward whether helping our fellow neighbors and those less fortunate or achieving a level of worship within our services through the music, singing, and sound.

The music and sound ministries are an integral part of church ministry. The platform that we have been given to help minister is one that is not taken lightly.

The music, singing, and sound all work together, along with our video personnel, to provide a worshipful atmosphere and enter us into the presence of the Lord. Although, we know that everyone has different taste for their desired music and songs, we strive to deliver a variety of music and songs that will bring everyone together in a worship setting.

Psalm 150:1-5 says “Praise the Lord! Praise God in His sanctuary; Praise Him in His mighty firmament!  Praise Him for His mighty acts; Praise Him according to His excellent greatness! Praise Him with the sound of the trumpet; Praise Him with the lute and harp! Praise Him with the timbrel and dance; Praise Him with stringed instruments and flutes! Praise Him with loud cymbals; Praise Him with clashing cymbals!” I am honored to be a part of the music and sound ministries, and to work alongside those that are involved.
